In-app chat
Customer Support
Gorgias, native.
Gorgias is the leading helpdesk for Shopify and Shopify Plus. Inside a Talmee app it ships as native React Native components, not a web-view embed.

How it is wired
Gorgias chat surfaces in-app with full order history context. Support agents see the customer's full app behaviour, recently viewed, abandoned cart, last purchase.
The native vs web-view fork
Gorgias's chat widget is web-first. Talmee uses their API for a native chat experience. Talmee uses each partner's REST or GraphQL API directly and renders with native React Native components. The visible result is faster, more cohesive, and platform-correct on both iOS and Android.
Pricing
Talmee's flat £1,999 a month covers the Gorgias integration build and every release after. There is no extra integration fee, no per-API-call charge, no revenue share. The brand's own Gorgias subscription is paid directly to Gorgias, unchanged.
On Gorgias in a Talmee app
How is Gorgias wired into a Talmee app?
Gorgias chat surfaces in-app with full order history context. Support agents see the customer's full app behaviour, recently viewed, abandoned cart, last purchase. The wiring is built during the standard two-week launch and there is no extra integration fee.
What is the typical performance lift?
Customer-support response time drops ~30% when context lives in-app. Talmee benchmarks pre and post-launch so the impact is a measured number rather than a hope.
Why does it matter that the integration is native?
Gorgias's chat widget is web-first. Talmee uses their API for a native chat experience. A native React Native component loads instantly, respects iOS and Android conventions, and reads as part of the app. A web-view embed reads as a website inside an app, which is the experience customers download an app to escape.
