Native order tracking
Tracking + Returns
AfterShip, native.
AfterShip is the leading post-purchase tracking and returns platform on Shopify. Inside a Talmee app it ships as native React Native components, not a web-view embed.
Inside the app
AfterShip surfaces on these screens.
Returns request flow
Delivery status push
Carrier-aware notifications
Branded tracking
How it is wired
Native order-tracking screen built on AfterShip's API. Returns request flow runs in-app. Tracking notifications fire as push.
The native vs web-view fork
AfterShip is essentially default infrastructure for Shopify Plus. Talmee builds against it as standard. Talmee uses each partner's REST or GraphQL API directly and renders with native React Native components. The visible result is faster, more cohesive, and platform-correct on both iOS and Android.
Pricing
Talmee's flat £1,999 a month covers the AfterShip integration build and every release after. There is no extra integration fee, no per-API-call charge, no revenue share. The brand's own AfterShip subscription is paid directly to AfterShip, unchanged.
On AfterShip in a Talmee app
How is AfterShip wired into a Talmee app?
Native order-tracking screen built on AfterShip's API. Returns request flow runs in-app. Tracking notifications fire as push. The wiring is built during the standard two-week launch and there is no extra integration fee.
What is the typical performance lift?
Order tracking app screen reduces 'where is my order?' support tickets by ~40%. Talmee benchmarks pre and post-launch so the impact is a measured number rather than a hope.
Why does it matter that the integration is native?
AfterShip is essentially default infrastructure for Shopify Plus. Talmee builds against it as standard. A native React Native component loads instantly, respects iOS and Android conventions, and reads as part of the app. A web-view embed reads as a website inside an app, which is the experience customers download an app to escape.
